We are born with good movement. I honestly think the lifestyle shift from one of moving, surviving, hunting, etc. to one of driving, sitting, typing, watching tv, has basically created a mind/body breakdown. I like the idea of using tape! Interesting.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15363982.post-72143258904970583902008-07-17T12:05:00.000-07:002008-07-17T12:05:00.000-07:00What would make someone stoop instead of using goo...What would make someone stoop instead of using good mechanics? Why did the body choose mechanical inefficiency? Not being able to disassociate lumbopelvic from femuralpelvic motion, or lack of ankle dorsiflexion?...a dormant butt?...a tight posterior hip capsule?... I would think it would also work for teaching the waiters bow.Keith Sutoriushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05506236857413120819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15363982.post-6623321140608442322008-07-16T13:14:00.000-07:002008-07-16T13:14:00.000-07:00Sit and Reach? hah. I have found it hard to teach this one to many people. They simple can't "feel" the difference in moving at the hip or moving at the lumbar spine. Good stuff Tracy! Very good material for our upcoming lesson.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15363982.post-78884465331275331222008-07-16T13:03:00.000-07:002008-07-16T13:03:00.000-07:00Active Range of Motion vs. Passive Range of Motion...Active Range of Motion vs. Passive Range of Motion (PROM)Tracy Foberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17336639159424141641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15363982.post-49097537329440759242008-07-16T08:44:00.000-07:002008-07-16T08:44:00.000-07:00What does AROM stand for? What does AROM stand for?Seanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09595185274104149633noreply@blogger.com
