What does it all mean?




Sometimes there are differences between the L and R sides. Do they matter? If so, do you know why they are there? How might they affect performance and training down the road?

Are they different? Mine are! :) When I very first started lifting, I noticed, especially on presses, that I "led" with my right side, rather than lifting both sides together at the same time. I didn't really know how to fix that at the time, and now, I'm all out of whack. How do I fix it?? I let the chiro and the Iron Maven direct me, haha... :)
