Hi. Just found you.
Much appreciation for your philosophy. Funny...seems you are on the "dark side" when it comes to the teachings of movement when it comes to PT's. I've had tons of discussions with PT's who don't even think about teaching O-lifts. "Too destructive to the body, no one does them right, etc."
Anyway. Thanks for the forum. I like your thoughts!
